Le Mouvement Ecologique, organisation fondatrice et de soutien de l'\u00a0\u00bbOekozenter\u00a0\u00bb, fournit la majorit\u00e9 des membres du Conseil d&rsquo;administration ; ceux-ci cooptent \u00e0 leur tour les autres membres lors de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Le conseil d&rsquo;administration est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;un minimum de 7 et d&rsquo;un maximum de 25 personnes.<\/p>\n<h3>Le conseil d&rsquo;administration: responsable de l&rsquo;orientation de base<\/h3>\n<p>Le conseil d&rsquo;administration est &#8211; au nom de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale &#8211; l&rsquo;organe d\u00e9cisionnel supr\u00eame de l'\u00a0\u00bbOekozenter Pafendall\u00a0\u00bb. La r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches au sein du conseil d&rsquo;administration (pr\u00e9sident, vice-pr\u00e9sident(s), secr\u00e9taire, tr\u00e9sorier) est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le conseil d&rsquo;administration.
